Packing the stage with a full size R&B arrangement, The Valerie Tyson Band powerfully served up a high energy performance of traditional disco-funk filling the dance floor with hit favorites from the 70's. Most striking was the authenticity of performance and sound. The music was fresh with energy yet had that sweet period feel inviting you to recall the heyday of disco and the sheer fun of dance parties.
